This website is operated by Prime Gate Artificial Intelligence Inc. (“PrimeGate”, “we”, “us”). We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

We collect two kinds of information through this website:

• Information you provide directly through our contact, waitlist and event forms.
• Technical information collected automatically when you browse the site, and analytics information where you have consented to it.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, sensitive personal information such as health information, government identifiers or financial account details through these forms.

Depending on the form you use, we may collect:

• Your name and the role you identify with (for example retailer, pharmacy, brand, supplier or investor).
• Business name, business address and city or province.
• Email address and phone number.
• Your areas of interest, and any message or notes you choose to write.
• For pharmacy and venue inquiries, optional business context such as approximate size, year started or approximate revenue range, where you choose to provide it.
• Campaign attribution details attached to your submission: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, the page you landed on, and the referring website.

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages and timestamps. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated usage information such as pages viewed, clicks on key calls to action, and whether a form was started or submitted. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message content or any other directly identifying information to our analytics tools.

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to operate the site and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are disabled until you consent to them. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

• Where applicable, to assess your eligibility for the PrimeGate waitlist or a pharmacy or venue partnership.

We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and for any optional marketing communications. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to our team by email. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to respond to you, and we apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following service providers to operate this website:

• Our website hosting and content delivery provider, which serves this site and processes standard server and security logs.
• Resend, which delivers form submissions and confirmation emails on our behalf.
• Google Analytics, used only if you consent to analytics cookies. It is not loaded before consent is granted.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

Our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under its laws. By submitting information to us, you acknowledge this cross-border processing.

We keep inquiry and waitlist information for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate a potential partnership, and maintain reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize it. Analytics information is retained in aggregated form according to the retention settings of our analytics tool.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, request access to it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, and unsubscribe from any optional marketing emails at any time.
